We are seeking a Fintech Product Operations Specialist to support the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of fintech products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in launching and monitoring fintech products.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams.

• Track product KPIs and operational performance.

• Identify and resolve operational issues impacting products.

• Support documentation, reporting, and process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or related field.

• 2–4 years experience in product operations, preferably in fintech.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of fintech product workflows and operational standards.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
