Job Description: As a Fintech Product Operations Manager, you will coordinate releases and support across product lines, ensuring efficient delivery and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate product releases, operational workflows, and support across product lines.
• Define and implement product operations processes and KPIs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams on delivery.
• Analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of product operations or program management experience in fintech or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, release management, and operations.
• Proven track record of improving product operations and delivery efficiency.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
