We are looking for a Fintech Product Analyst to provide insights and recommendations for product enhancements, user experience improvements, and market opportunities. This role bridges data analysis and product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze product performance metrics and user behavior.

Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams.

Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.

Support product testing and feature rollout strategies.

Provide actionable insights to optimize product features and adoption.

Track and report on KPIs and product goals.

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in product analysis, ideally in fintech or tech.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, SQL, or BI tools.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of fintech products and digital finance solutions preferred.
