We are looking for a Fintech Product Analyst to provide insights and recommendations for product enhancements, user experience improvements, and market opportunities. This role bridges data analysis and product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product performance metrics and user behavior.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams.

• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.

• Support product testing and feature rollout strategies.

• Provide actionable insights to optimize product features and adoption.

• Track and report on KPIs and product goals.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in product analysis, ideally in fintech or tech.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, SQL, or BI tools.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of fintech products and digital finance solutions preferred.
