The Pricing Strategy Manager will define and optimize pricing models for fintech products in Dubai, supporting sustainable growth across UAE and MENA markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing frameworks for payments, lending, and banking products
• Conduct market and competitor pricing analysis
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and product teams
• Monitor pricing performance and profitability
• Ensure compliance with UAE pricing and consumer regulations

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or Strategy
• 5–8 years pricing or commercial strategy experience
• Fintech or financial services background preferred
