Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations or fintech.
• Strong analytical, Excel, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of fintech processes, payments, or banking operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
