The Merchant Success Manager will support and grow merchant relationships for Dubai fintech payment platforms, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and manage merchant accounts
  • Monitor transaction performance and KPIs
  • Resolve operational and technical issues
  • Identify growth and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s in Business or Finance
  • 3–6 years merchant or account management experience
  • Payments or fintech background preferred
