Job Description

The Legal Counsel will provide legal and regulatory support for fintech operations in Dubai, ensuring compliance with UAE, DIFC, and ADGM laws.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and review contracts and agreements.

  • Advise on regulatory and compliance matters.

  • Support licensing and regulatory submissions.

  • Collaborate with compliance and leadership teams.

  • Manage external legal advisors.

Qualifications Needed

  • Law degree; UAE legal experience preferred.

  • 5–8 years legal experience in fintech or financial services.

  • Strong understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
