The Internal Audit Manager will evaluate internal controls, risk management, and governance processes for Dubai fintech operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
• Evaluate compliance with UAE regulations.
• Prepare audit reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with risk and compliance teams.
• Support external audits and regulatory reviews.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Audit.
• 6–9 years audit experience in fintech or banking.
• CIA, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
