Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute growth marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and user behavior metrics.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and analytics teams to drive adoption.
- Conduct A/B testing, user segmentation, and optimization strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor marketing tactics.
- Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous growth.
Qualifications Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in fintech or tech.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
