The Data Engineer will build pipelines, data warehouses, and analytics infrastructure for Dubai-based fintech products. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to enable data-driven insights while ensuring compliance with UAE data privacy and financial regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
  • Support analytics and machine learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize data workflows and ETL processes.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of data engineering experience, preferably in fintech.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with UAE regulatory data requirements is a plus.
