Job Description

The Data Analytics Manager will oversee data analysis and insights for Dubai fintech platforms, supporting product, marketing, risk, and operational decisions in compliance with UAE regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of data analysts and scientists.

  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytics frameworks.

  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.

  • Support predictive modeling and business insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 5–8 years experience in data analytics, preferably fintech.

  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (SQL, Python, BI tools).

  • Knowledge of UAE regulatory data standards is a plus.
