We are seeking a Fintech Data Analyst to analyze large datasets, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making across product, marketing, and finance teams. This role emphasizes data-driven analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategy.
• Support A/B testing, product analytics, and customer insights.
• Monitor KPIs and report on performance metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Recommend actions based on data insights to improve products and operations.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in fintech.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, R, or BI tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fintech products and financial regulations preferred.
