We are seeking a Fintech Data Analyst to analyze large datasets, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making across product, marketing, and finance teams. This role emphasizes data-driven analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.

Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategy.

Support A/B testing, product analytics, and customer insights.

Monitor KPIs and report on performance metrics.

Ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Recommend actions based on data insights to improve products and operations.

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in fintech.

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, R, or BI tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Knowledge of fintech products and financial regulations preferred.
