Job Description

We are seeking a Credit Risk Manager to assess, monitor, and mitigate credit exposure for fintech lending and financial services. This role ensures portfolio health and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess credit risk for individual and corporate clients.

• Develop credit scoring models and risk assessment tools.

• Monitor portfolio performance and report to leadership.

• Collaborate with finance, product, and compliance teams.

• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies.

• Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis.

• Recommend risk mitigation strategies and credit policies.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

• 4–7 years of credit risk management experience, preferably in fintech or banking.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

• Knowledge of credit scoring, portfolio management, and regulatory frameworks.
