Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships within the fintech ecosystem. This role combines sales, strategy, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Develop proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams.
Track business development KPIs and report to leadership.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Qualifications Needed
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
3–7 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in fintech.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of fintech products, payments, and financial services.
Proven track record of driving revenue and strategic partnerships.
