Job Description

The Business Development Manager will grow fintech partnerships and client relationships in Dubai, driving revenue and regional market expansion across UAE and MENA.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

  • Manage relationships with banks, PSPs, and corporate clients.

  • Support fintech product launches and go-to-market strategies.

  • Track KPIs and revenue performance.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on strategy execution.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or Marketing.

  • 4–7 years experience in fintech business development or sales.

  • Knowledge of UAE/GCC financial markets and partnerships.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
