Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships within the fintech ecosystem. This role combines sales, strategy, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams.
- Track business development KPIs and report to leadership.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners.

Qualifications Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 3–7 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in fintech.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of fintech products, payments, and financial services.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and strategic partnerships.
