The Business Analyst will support Dubai fintech lending products by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and providing actionable insights for product and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Monitor lending operations and workflows for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Support UAT, process improvements, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE and DIFC/ADGM lending regulations.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or IT.
  • 3–5 years business analysis experience in fintech or banking.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE digital lending regulations is preferred.
