The AI Engineer will develop machine learning models to optimize payments, detect fraud, and improve risk management for Dubai fintech platforms. You will work closely with analytics, engineering, and risk teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ML models for fraud detection and payment optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on model deployment.
  • Monitor model performance and adjust algorithms for accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE data privacy and financial regulations.
  • Document models and provide insights for decision-making.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3–6 years experience in AI/ML, preferably in fintech or payments.
  • Strong programming skills (Python, R) and data handling experience.
  • Knowledge of UAE regulations for financial and personal data.
