Job Title: Fintech Account Manager

Job Description: As a Fintech Account Manager for SME clients in the UAE, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of small and medium enterprise clients on a fintech platform — driving adoption, retention, and commercial expansion. You will serve as the primary relationship owner for SME accounts, ensuring clients achieve their business objectives through effective use of fintech products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients on a fintech platform — driving adoption, retention, and commercial expansion
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned SME accounts in the UAE market
  • Conduct regular account reviews with SME clients — presenting product performance, usage insights, and growth opportunities
  • Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the fintech platform’s SME product suite
  • Resolve SME client issues promptly — coordinating with Product, Technical, and Operations teams on escalation
  • Monitor SME client health metrics and proactively engage at-risk accounts to drive retention
  • Collect and document SME client feedback — advocating for product improvements relevant to UAE SME needs
  • Achieve monthly targets for SME client retention, expansion revenue, and satisfaction scores

Qualifications Needed:

  • Proven account management experience within a fintech, payments, or SaaS company with UAE SME client focus
  • Strong understanding of UAE SME business needs, financial services requirements, and digital payment adoption
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills for UAE SME client relationship management
  • Data-driven approach to client health monitoring and proactive account management
  • Track record of achieving client retention and expansion targets in a competitive UAE SME fintech market
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and account management reporting tools
