Job Title: FinOps Consultant

Job Description: As a FinOps Consultant, you will take a financial operations role within a payment gateway’s finance function, ensuring accurate settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily financial operations, including settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Monitor transaction flows and resolve discrepancies with internal and external partners.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for finance and operations leadership.
• Collaborate with finance, product, and operations teams on process improvements.

Qualifications Needed:

• 2+ years of financial operations or accounting experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong organisational skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; UAE national preferred as per role requirement.
