Job Title: FinOps Analyst

Job Description: As a FinOps Analyst, you will support financial operational efficiency at a Saudi fintech platform by analyzing workflows, contributing to FinOps projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and producing insights that strengthen decision-making across finance and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial operations data and identify efficiency opportunities
• Support FinOps projects from planning through implementation
• Prepare operational reporting and decision-support insights
• Coordinate with finance, operations, product, and other stakeholders
• Review workflows and help resolve operational bottlenecks
• Maintain accurate data and documentation for financial operations activities
• Track project actions, operational issues, and improvement outcomes
• Contribute to scalable processes supporting continued fintech growth

Qualifications Needed:

• Analytical experience in finance, operations, business analysis, or a related field
• Strong numerical reasoning and attention to financial data accuracy
• Ability to support projects and manage multiple operational workstreams
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving process issues
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional communication skills
• Interest in fintech operations and data-informed decision-making
