Job Description: As a Financial Wellness Coach, you will be responsible for providing personalized guidance and support to individuals seeking to improve their financial well-being. You will work closely with clients to assess their financial situation, set goals, and develop actionable plans to achieve financial security and stability.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial assessments and goal-setting sessions with clients.
• Provide personalized guidance and advice on budgeting, saving, investing, and debt management.
• Develop customized financial plans tailored to clients’ needs and objectives.
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing support and accountability.
• Educate clients on financial literacy and empower them to make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or similar certification preferred.
• Previous experience in financial advising, coaching, or counseling role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathetic and client-focused approach.
