Job Description: As a Financial Wellness Coach, you will be responsible for providing personalized guidance and support to individuals seeking to improve their financial well-being. You will work closely with clients to assess their financial situation, set goals, and develop actionable plans to achieve financial security and stability.

Responsibilities:

Conduct financial assessments and goal-setting sessions with clients.

Provide personalized guidance and advice on budgeting, saving, investing, and debt management.

Develop customized financial plans tailored to clients’ needs and objectives.

Monitor progress and provide ongoing support and accountability.

Educate clients on financial literacy and empower them to make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or similar certification preferred.

Previous experience in financial advising, coaching, or counseling role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
