Job Description: As a Financial Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with relevant financial regulations and laws. You will monitor regulatory developments, assess compliance risks, and implement measures to mitigate compliance issues.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the company’s operations and products.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and audits to identify areas of non-compliance and potential vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Collaborate with legal and regulatory affairs teams to interpret regulations and provide guidance on compliance matters.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in financial regulation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or similar certification preferred.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in regulatory compliance or legal advisory role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
