Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

Job Description: As a Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company. You will manage financial processes, systems, and controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations, including accounting, billing, invoicing, and collections.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Monitor and analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage relationships with external partners, such as banks, vendors, and service providers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
• Experience in financial operations, accounting, or finance management role.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
