Job Title: Financial Institutions (FIs) Partnership Lead

Job Description: As a Financial Institutions Partnership Lead, you will build bank and financial-institution partnerships for a MENA payment gateway, expanding the network and driving growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage partnerships with banks and financial institutions across the region.
• Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and onboarding for new FI partners.
• Manage ongoing partner relationships, ensuring mutual growth and performance.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams to align partnerships with business goals.

Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of partnership or business development experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong network of relationships within the banking and FI ecosystem in MENA.
• Proven track record of building and managing high-value financial partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
