Job Title: Financial Inclusion Specialist

Job Description: As a Financial Inclusion Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote financial inclusion and accessibility. You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to expand access to financial services and products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to promote financial inclusion among underserved populations, including low-income individuals, minorities, and rural communities.
• Collaborate with product teams to design and deliver inclusive financial products and services.
• Engage with external partners, including nonprofits, government agencies, and community organizations, to expand access to financial resources and education.
• Conduct outreach and awareness campaigns to raise awareness about financial inclusion and accessibility.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of initiatives and programs to measure progress and inform future efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Public Policy, or related field.
• Knowledge of financial inclusion principles and best practices.
• Experience in community engagement, advocacy, or program management role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for promoting financial empowerment and social impact.
