Job Title: Financial Crime Compliance PMO Manager / Senior Manager

Job Description: We are seeking seeking an experienced FCC PMO Manager or Senior Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) projects and regulatory programmes. The role manages the delivery of FCC initiatives across a complex, multi-stakeholder financial services and fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the delivery of Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) projects and regulatory programmes
• Manage FCC project delivery across a complex, multi-stakeholder financial services environment
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, governance frameworks, and risk registers for FCC initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional FCC project teams including Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Legal
• Monitor and report FCC project progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership and Compliance Director
• Drive regulatory change implementation within FCC timelines and budget constraints
• Manage relationships with external consultants, technology vendors, and regulatory bodies on FCC projects
• Ensure all FCC project documentation meets audit and regulatory standards

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant experience in Financial Crime Compliance programme or project management within financial services or fintech
• Experience leading FCC projects including AML system implementations, regulatory change, and compliance framework build-outs
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder compliance projects
• Knowledge of financial crime compliance requirements in the UAE payments and fintech sector
• Excellent stakeholder management, written, and verbal communication skills
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management qualification preferred; CAMS or compliance qualification advantageous
