Job Title: Financial Compliance Officer

Job Description: As a Financial Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, conduct audits, and provide guidance on regulatory matters.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and assess compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct internal audits and reviews to identify compliance issues and areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and external auditors as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related field.
• Certified Compliance Professional (e.g., CRCM, CAMS) preferred.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
