Job Description: As a Financial Cognitive Scientist, you will be responsible for studying the cognitive processes underlying financial decision-making. You will apply principles of cognitive science, psychology, and neuroscience to understand and optimize financial behaviors and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to investigate the cognitive processes involved in financial decision-making.
• Develop cognitive models and frameworks to explain and predict financial behaviors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate behavioral interventions to improve financial outcomes.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to financial decision-making.
• Stay informed about advancements in cognitive science, psychology, and neuroscience, and their applications in finance.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Cognitive Science, Psychology, Neuroscience, Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of cognitive science principles, behavioral economics, and decision-making theories.
• Experience in conducting research and analyzing data in cognitive science or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-disciplinary team environment.
