Job Title: Financial Behavioral Economist
Job Description: As a Financial Behavioral Economist, you will be responsible for applying principles of economics and psychology to analyze and influence financial decision-making. You will conduct research, develop models, and design interventions to improve financial outcomes and mitigate behavioral biases.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research on behavioral biases and decision-making heuristics in financial contexts.
Develop models to simulate and predict financial behaviors and market dynamics.
Design interventions and nudges to encourage positive financial behaviors among individuals and organizations.
Collaborate with product teams to integrate behavioral insights into financial products and services.
Communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Economics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
Knowledge of behavioral economics principles and research methods.
Experience in quantitative analysis and modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
