Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our fintech finance team. The role involves analyzing complex financial data, supporting forecasting, evaluating investments, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making. The analyst will play a key role in ensuring financial health and guiding strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Evaluate product profitability and provide recommendations for cost optimization.

Partner with business leaders to develop budgets and performance metrics.

Analyze revenue streams and identify growth opportunities.

Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.

Support due diligence for new investments, partnerships, or acquisitions.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and fintech regulations.

Work with data science teams to enhance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CFA/CPA preferred).

3+ years of financial analysis experience.

Strong financial modeling and Excel/SQL skills.

Knowledge of fintech products and revenue models.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Strong communication skills for presenting insights.
