Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Description: As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support strategic decision-making and financial planning. You will analyze financial data, prepare forecasts and budgets, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis reports.
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the impact of strategic initiatives on financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
