Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Description: As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in our finance team, providing valuable insights and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. You will be responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as conducting variance analysis and performance tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
• Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including revenue projections and expense planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or planning, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
