Job Title: Finance Specialist – Financial Reporting

Job Description: As a Finance Specialist at PSdigital — a commercially active digital technology and services company — you will apply 1–3 years of progressive experience in a finance or analytical role to provide financial specialist support — assisting with financial reporting, analysis, and compliance for a digitally progressive technology organization.

Responsibilities:

• Apply 1–3 years of progressive finance or analytical experience to financial specialist delivery
• Provide financial reporting, analysis, and compliance support for a digital technology organization
• Assist with monthly financial close — journals, reconciliations, and management account production
• Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting for senior Finance leadership review
• Support UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance across all digital technology financial operations
• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, and Finance teams on financial reporting requirements
• Produce financial specialist reports and management information for senior Finance leadership
• Build foundational financial reporting and analysis skills through structured professional development

Qualifications Needed:

• 1–3 years of progressive experience in a finance or analytical role — required for finance specialist mandate
• Proven Finance Specialist or early-career finance professional experience with reporting background
• Strong financial reporting, journal management, and UAE VAT compliance skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills for financial specialist reporting delivery
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred or in progress for finance specialist mandate
• GCC digital technology or professional services finance specialist experience strongly preferred
