Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Description: Seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial management, accounting, customer finance operations, vendor payments, and ensure compliance with DFSA regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of financial expertise, regulatory knowledge, and operational efficiency to support a fast-growing business. Slice is a first-of-its-kind “Learn–Discover–Earn” Real Estate Super App that enables customers in 188 countries to invest in professionally vetted fractionalized real estate starting from USD 100.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Ensure proper financial planning, risk management, and internal controls.
• Supervise audits, tax filings, and compliance with UAE financial regulations.
• Manage customer transactions, settlements, and fund flow processes.
• Oversee vendor payments, invoicing, and contract financial obligations.
• Act as the primary finance liaison for DFSA regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit financial reports, capital adequacy reports, and regulatory filings per DFSA guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and all financial control requirements mandated by DFSA.
• Implement robust financial governance frameworks in alignment with DFSA standards.
• Support business growth strategies with financial insights and risk assessments.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align financial goals with company objectives.

Qualifications Needed:

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred.
• Authorised individual (DFSA, ADGM, or other regulatory body) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or fintech finance.
• Strong understanding of DFSA regulatory framework and compliance requirements.
• Experience in fintech, digital banking, or financial services is highly desirable.
• Expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and capital management.
• Hands-on experience with financial systems, ERP, and accounting tools.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
