Job Title: Finance Business Partner – Technology & SaaS Startups

Job Description: As a Finance Business Partner for Technology and SaaS Startups at a UAE venture-backed organization, you will apply finance business partnering expertise — supporting technology and SaaS startup founders and leadership teams with financial planning, investor reporting, and scalable finance process development for a UAE venture-backed technology organization.

Responsibilities:

• Apply finance business partnering expertise to technology and SaaS startup financial planning and advisory
• Support technology and SaaS startup founders with financial planning, investor reporting, and Board preparation
• Develop and maintain financial models for SaaS metrics — ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, and unit economics
• Produce investor-ready financial reporting materials — board packs, investor updates, and fundraising analytics
• Develop scalable finance processes and controls for high-growth SaaS and technology startup environments
• Coordinate with Founders, Product, and Operations teams on financial strategy and business partnering delivery
• Produce financial business partner reports and analytical outputs for startup leadership and investor review
• Monitor UAE and global SaaS and venture-backed technology startup financial best practices and metrics

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Finance Business Partner experience with technology, SaaS, or venture-backed startup background
• Strong SaaS financial metrics — ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, and unit economics — and investor reporting skills
• Deep understanding of UAE and GCC venture-backed technology startup finance and investor reporting standards
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred for startup finance business partner mandate
• Excellent analytical, board pack production, and senior startup founder stakeholder communication
• GCC or global SaaS, technology startup, or venture-backed finance business partner experience preferred
