Job Title: Finance Associate

Job Description: As a Finance Associate on a part-time basis at a globally established workforce solutions firm, your scope of work may include administrative tasks, managing bank accounts, customer support, improving working procedures, and ensuring local compliance — applying foundational finance and banking administration skills to a flexible part-time finance associate mandate.

Responsibilities:

• Manage bank accounts, perform banking administration, and process financial transactions accurately
• Support administrative tasks — managing banking procedures, documentation, and financial records
• Provide customer support and coordinate with banking partners on account and financial administrative matters
• Improve working procedures — identifying and implementing administrative and financial process improvements
• Ensure local compliance — maintaining financial documentation and supporting regulatory requirements
• Process payments, invoices, and financial records in line with company policies and UAE regulatory standards
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Legal teams on financial administration requirements
• Produce financial administration reports and management information for senior finance leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Finance, accounting, or related degree graduate or professional with banking administration interest
• Understanding of banking operations, financial record management, and UAE compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills for part-time finance and banking administration
• Excellent communication skills for banking partner and internal stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for financial record management
• Availability for part-time engagement in Dubai
