Job Title: Finance Assistant

Job Description: As a Finance Assistant at a UAE hotel group, you will apply hands-on hospitality finance experience — contributing to efficient workflow and accurate record-keeping for a professionally managed hotel and hospitality organization with strong finance and operations functions.

Responsibilities:

• Apply hands-on hospitality finance experience to efficient workflow and accurate record-keeping
• Process accounting transactions — AP/AR entries, expense claims, and petty cash management for hotel operations
• Support month-end close activities under senior Finance team mentoring and guidance
• Maintain accurate hospitality financial records and documentation for management and audit review
• Ensure UAE VAT and hospitality regulatory compliance across all hotel financial operations
• Assist the Finance Manager with routine financial tasks and operational finance reporting
• Coordinate with F&B, Operations, and Procurement teams on financial administration requirements
• Build professional hospitality finance skills through structured mentoring and real-world exposure

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven hands-on experience in hospitality finance — contributing to efficient workflow and record-keeping
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for hospitality accounting and finance administration
• UAE VAT and hospitality regulatory compliance understanding for hotel financial operations
• Excellent organizational and accuracy skills for high-volume hospitality finance transaction processing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospitality accounting systems for finance administration
• GCC hospitality or hotel group finance assistant experience strongly preferred
