Job Title: Finance Advisor – Siemens Financial Services

Job Description: As a Finance Advisor joining the Siemens Financial Services team in Dubai, you will support the structuring and implementation of financing and risk mitigation solutions using a broad range of financial instruments — including trade finance, leasing, commercial loans, ECA-backed financing, letters of credit, and structured finance solutions. This opportunity is especially attractive for junior to mid-level banking and finance professionals looking to expand their regional exposure and work on strategic financing solutions across the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

• Support the structuring and implementation of financing and risk mitigation solutions using a broad range of financial instruments — trade finance, leasing, commercial loans, ECA-backed financing, letters of credit, and structured finance
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external financial institutions to support commercially viable financing structures for projects across the Middle East
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, leasing companies, investment funds, ECAs, and financial partners across the UAE and wider regional market
• Leverage strong understanding of the UAE and regional banking landscape to support deal execution and identify financing opportunities
• Collaborate with Siemens business units to develop customer-focused financing concepts and innovative business models
• Assist during bid phases by preparing financing documentation, supporting negotiations, and contributing to successful financial close
• Coordinate financing-related documentation during project execution ensuring smooth stakeholder communication and reporting
• Thrive in a client-facing environment building relationships across regional financial institutions and stakeholders

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Around 3–7 years of relevant experience within the UAE or Middle East banking and financial services sector
• Strong understanding of the UAE and regional banking landscape, banking practices, and commercial environment
• Exposure to trade finance, project finance, export finance, structured finance, or corporate banking highly valued
• Fluency in English and Arabic highly preferred due to regional stakeholder engagement requirements
• Knowledge of IFRS and financial analysis concepts considered an advantage
