Job Title: Finance & Accounting Intern – Strategic Business Initiatives

Job Description: As a Finance and Accounting Intern at a globally connected executive search and advisory firm, you will perform general administrative duties related to the finance department and gain hands-on experience across various finance and accounting functions — working with an experienced finance team on strategic business and advisory mandates.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative duties related to the finance department with accuracy and professionalism
• Gain hands-on experience across various finance and accounting functions through structured internship
• Assist with accounting operations — data entry, reconciliation, and invoice processing under senior guidance
• Support month-end close activities and financial reporting preparation for senior Finance review
• Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams on internship project deliverables
• Produce financial data outputs and analytical reports under senior Finance professional mentoring
• Build foundational accounting and finance career skills through structured advisory firm internship

Qualifications Needed:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field — required
• Genuine interest in finance, accounting, and strategic business advisory careers
• Basic accounting and finance knowledge for structured internship finance function support
• Strong organizational and accuracy skills for administrative finance department support
• Education: Completed bachelor’s or pursuing master’s in accounting, finance, or business — B.com, BBA, BSc, MBA, MSc — certification a plus
• GCC or global advisory or professional services finance internship experience preferred
