Job Title: FATCA/CRS Coordinator

Job Description: As a FATCA/CRS Coordinator at a technology and banking solutions company in Dubai, you will be responsible for coordinating FATCA and CRS tax reporting compliance — applying regulatory reporting expertise to the management of FATCA/CRS obligations for financial institution clients across UAE and GCC markets. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant FATCA and CRS regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate FATCA and CRS tax reporting compliance for financial institution clients across UAE and GCC
• Manage FATCA and CRS data collection, validation, and regulatory report preparation
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of FATCA and CRS reports to relevant UAE and GCC tax authorities
• Conduct FATCA/CRS gap analysis and compliance assessments for financial institution clients
• Coordinate with Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams on FATCA/CRS data requirements and reporting
• Maintain FATCA/CRS regulatory records and documentation for internal and external audit review
• Monitor global FATCA and CRS regulatory developments and update client compliance frameworks accordingly
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on FATCA/CRS compliance requirements and processes

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven FATCA/CRS Coordinator experience in financial services, banking, or regulatory compliance advisory
• Strong understanding of FATCA and CRS regulatory reporting requirements for UAE and GCC financial institutions
• Excellent data management, regulatory reporting, and compliance documentation skills
• Understanding of UAE Ministry of Finance and GCC tax authority FATCA/CRS reporting standards
• Relevant tax compliance qualification preferred
• Arabic and English communication skills for UAE and GCC client regulatory engagement
