Job Title: EY Parthenon, Transaction Diligence Graduate

Job Description: As a Graduate in the EY Parthenon Transaction Diligence practice, you will help teams with specific components of a project — such as analyzing a client’s data or participating in client interviews — at the strategy and transactions advisory arm of a globally leading professional services organization conducting buy-side and sell-side transaction diligence.

Responsibilities:

• Help consulting teams with specific project components — analyzing client data and participating in client interviews
• Contribute to buy-side and sell-side transaction diligence engagements under structured graduate mentoring
• Conduct financial analysis, commercial diligence, and data analytics for transaction diligence mandates
• Prepare structured analytical outputs and presentations for senior EY Parthenon professionals and clients
• Develop transaction diligence skills through real-world client engagement at the strategy arm of EY
• Build a network of colleagues, mentors, and leaders across EY Parthenon’s globally connected advisory organization
• Complete EY Parthenon Transaction Diligence Graduate training and professional development milestones
• Apply agile, growth-oriented mindset to transaction diligence client work from the start of the programme

Qualifications Needed:

• University graduate with genuine interest in transaction diligence, M&A advisory, and strategy consulting
• Accounting, Finance, Business, or related degree preferred for EY Parthenon Transaction Diligence Graduate role
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis, financial modelling, and client interview support
• Agile, growth-oriented, curious, and purpose-driven approach to professional development
• Genuine ambition to build a transaction diligence and strategy consulting career at EY Parthenon
• Abu Dhabi-based or willing to work in Abu Dhabi for this EY Parthenon graduate opportunity
