Job Title: Executive Director

Job Description: As an Executive Director in Private Banking, you will be focused on expanding a client base and deepening client relationships through a pivotal commercial leadership role — applying a strong network within the UAE/GCC private banking and investment advisory space to acquire and grow a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth and family office clients across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Expand client base and deepen client relationships through a pivotal Private Banking Executive Director commercial leadership role
• Apply strong network within the UAE/GCC private banking and investment advisory space to client acquisition
• Acquire and manage HNW / Family Office relationships — serving as the primary trusted advisor for UHNW clients
• Deliver sophisticated private banking solutions across investments, credit, wealth structuring, and alternative assets
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships through proactive financial advisory and exceptional service delivery
• Partner with investment specialists, credit teams, and product experts on complex client mandates
• Ensure full compliance with UAE private banking regulatory requirements, KYC/AML, and suitability standards
• Represent the institution at UAE and GCC private banking forums, investment events, and client gatherings

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant Executive Director or Managing Director level private banking experience with strong UAE/GCC UHNW client portfolio
• Strong network within the UAE/GCC private banking and investment advisory space — required
• Deep expertise across private banking, investment products, wealth structuring, and alternative assets
• Strong exposure to global financial markets and investment products
• Excellent relationship management and senior stakeholder engagement skills
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE UHNW client engagement
