Job Title: ESG & Sustainable Finance Analyst – GCC Banking & Investment

Job Description: As an ESG and Sustainable Finance Analyst at a UAE banking or investment organization, you will apply ESG and sustainable finance expertise — supporting GCC banking and investment clients with ESG reporting, green finance frameworks, and sustainability-linked product advisory for a forward-thinking UAE banking and investment organization.

Responsibilities:

• Apply ESG and sustainable finance expertise to GCC banking and investment client advisory delivery
• Support GCC banking and investment clients with ESG reporting, green finance, and sustainability advisory
• Develop and maintain ESG and sustainable finance frameworks for banking and investment mandates
• Conduct ESG analysis — environmental, social, and governance performance assessment and benchmarking
• Prepare green bond, sustainability-linked loan, and ESG reporting documentation for clients
• Coordinate with Investment, Compliance, and Commercial teams on ESG product strategy delivery
• Produce ESG and sustainable finance reports and management information for senior leadership review
• Monitor UAE, GCC, and global ESG regulatory frameworks and sustainable finance market developments

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven ESG and Sustainable Finance Analyst experience with GCC banking or investment background
• Strong ESG analysis, green finance structuring, and sustainability reporting skills
• Understanding of UAE and GCC ESG regulatory requirements and sustainable finance frameworks
• CFA with ESG specialization, CESGA, or equivalent sustainable finance qualification preferred
• Excellent analytical, ESG reporting, and senior banking stakeholder communication skills
• GCC banking or investment ESG and sustainable finance analyst experience strongly preferred
