Job Title: Enterprise Sales Director

Job Description: As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will lead sales efforts across the UAE by developing new business opportunities with banks, financial institutions, and large corporates while positioning payment technology solutions for complex enterprise needs.

Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver annual sales targets focused on enterprise opportunities in the UAE
• Build, nurture, and close a strong pipeline through direct sales, partnerships, and strategic alliances
• Engage senior decision makers and lead consultative discussions with financial institutions
• Manage complete enterprise sales cycles including proposals, negotiations, and deal closure
• Work with internal teams including Product, Legal, Pre-Sales, and Implementation to support successful delivery
• Provide market intelligence on the UAE financial services ecosystem and competitive landscape

Qualifications Needed:

• 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably selling technology solutions to banks and financial institutions
• Strong track record managing complex enterprise deals and large sales targets
• Established relationships with senior stakeholders in the UAE financial sector
• Experience with payments, cards, or fintech solutions is highly valuable
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-border teams and global organisations
