Job Title: Engineering Manager

Job Description: As an Engineering Manager, you will lead an engineering team at a forex CFD provider’s Dubai office, driving technical delivery and team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor an engineering team, setting priorities and driving performance.
• Own technical delivery for the trading platform, including architecture and code quality.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Drive engineering best practices, hiring, and team growth.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a management role.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Go, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Deep understanding of trading systems, microservices, and low-latency architecture.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
