Job Description

Job Title: Employee Relations Associate – Builders Program

Job Description: As an Employee Relations Associate – Builders Program professional, you will serve as an initial contact for workplace concerns and support fair investigations, disciplinary processes, policy compliance, case documentation, employee awareness, HR reporting, and adherence to Saudi labour regulations within a rapidly growing fintech.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to employee enquiries and workplace concerns and escalate complex matters to People Business Partners
  • Assist with fair investigations into grievances, disciplinary matters, and policy violations
  • Support disciplinary actions, performance-improvement plans, and termination processes in accordance with legal requirements
  • Monitor company policies for alignment with Saudi Labour Law, MHRSD rules, GOSI requirements, and internal governance
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee-relations case files and tracking logs
  • Support onboarding, employee-engagement activities, and HR reporting with People Business Partners
  • Track employee-relations metrics such as case volumes and grievance-resolution times and prepare reports
  • Support employee awareness campaigns and monitor updates to labour law, Nitaqat, and employment regulations

Qualifications Needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • One to two years of experience in an HR generalist, HRBP-support, or employee-relations role, preferably in Saudi Arabia
  • Internship or cooperative-training experience in an HR department is advantageous for fresh graduates
  • Foundational knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, GOSI, the Wage Protection System, and Nitaqat
  • Familiarity with MHRSD platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, and GOSI online services
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication, discretion, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office
